A big part of our local community
Our fully-equipped veterinary hospital has been caring for the local community for over 20 years, providing a variety of services to our family of clients, including canine, feline, and exotic animal medicine, surgery and dental care. The Mt Lawley Vet Clinic on Railway Parade was first acquired by Dr Scott Read in 1992 . Inglewood Vet Centre was set-up subsequently as a branch clinic. Both practices rapidly expanded and eventually were merged in 1999 and the practice moved to its current purpose-built veterinary premises at the corner of Beaufort Street and Central Avenue in Inglewood.
Our commitment to your pets
Our veterinarians are continually researching and educating ourselves on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine to benefit our patients and we are committed to providing your pet with the highest standards of veterinary care. Our hospital utilizes the expertise of our veterinarians and well-trained nurses in conjunction with veterinary specialists and consultants to offer the most up-to-date, caring and compassionate veterinary medical care possible for our clients and pets. Our staff includes four full-time veterinarians, a support team of veterinary nurses, and a practice manager.
Our Commitment to local charities and monthly Sausage Sizzle
Watch out for our monthly sausage sizzle at the practice on the third Saturday of every month between 10am and 2pm (starting July 2013).Every month a different charity from dog rescue to local community groups will man the bbq. Enjoy a hotdog with your favourite pooch in our fully fenced front lawn area and meet some new furry buddies whilst helping out some great causes both animal and human .
We have a continued desire to help the Telethon Speech and Hearing (TS&H) Centre for children with hearing and language difficulties. We have been donating to the annual Artitude fundraiser for many years now by giving vouchers for our services to be auctioned off in the silent auction.
Check out our Community Charity Page on our website to get the links to the groups we are associated with and love to help.
If anyone has a charity they feel may benefit from a sausage sizzle day then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the practice and speak to Peta ,Lorna or Josie.
