Welcome to Your Pet’s Vet Animal Hospitals in Perth, Western Australia. If you are a new client, we invite you to print out the following form and fill it out prior to your visit, or alternatively, fill the online form.
If you have just arrived in Perth from interstate or overseas, we want to extend a warm welcome to you and your pet! Please note that it is a legal requirement to obtain a dog license for each dog you own - this can be obtained from your local town council office. The license tag needs to be displayed on your dog’s collar in public area otherwise you may be fined $50 on-the-spot by your local ranger. The town council office will also be able to provide you with information regarding local dog beaches. Cats do not need registration.
